CAT Introduces New Investments to Address Service Issues

Chatham Area Transit expanding its services to make getting around easier for people who need it most. Since the program they call micro-transit began last month, some of its users have reached out about areas that need improvement.

These operations were created as an on-demand transportation service that could be scheduled through an app and did not follow specific routes. They are designed to act as an Uber or Lyft situation, but some riders are asking CAT to fix the issues with the current operations before adding new ones.
