Hussey Gay Bell expands its Savannah Architectural Division with the hire of Mr. Scott Smith. Scott joins the Architecture department as a Project Manager with almost 15 years of design, project management, permitting and construction observation/administration experience. He has worked on a wide range of projects in type and scale, in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida, including K-12, commercial and local government facilities. He also has experience with historic preservation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Construction Management degree from Louisiana State University. Previously, he demonstrated a significant commitment to community service through his active involvement with Habitat for Humanity in Brunswick, Georgia, dedicating 180 volunteer hours to the construction of homes and presently, he serves as the Advocacy Director and the Continuing Education Director for the AIA Golden Isles Board of Directors.
