Leaders at Goodwill Southeast Georgia are excited to announce G-Force Manufacturing is one of four Georgia and Florida manufacturers to receive the 2024 Sterling Manufacturing Business Excellence Award. G-Force was recognized as one of two Silver Awardees.

This award, given annually, honors regional manufacturers for excellence in leadership, knowledge management, continuous process improvement, and strategy. G-Force received the Silver Award for high performance in these areas.

“This award underscores G-Force Manufacturing’s commitment to continuous learning and development. We are eager to keep our momentum strong and help more individuals build brighter futures,” says Eric Nolan, Vice President of Manufacturing at G-Force.

“It is an honor for the Sterling Council to highlight and recognize these manufacturers. Every day they demonstrated high performance in the Florida and Georgia manufacturing sectors,” says Roland Martinez, Chairman of the Sterling Council. “These companies have each undergone an intensive and demanding process assessing their ability to address strategic challenges and align company resources to achieve their mission for enduring success. They represent the best of regional manufacturing. On behalf of The Sterling Council and our regional partners, I congratulate each company for these awards.” G-Force Manufacturing, along with the other awardees, rose to the top in a field of 80 regional manufacturers nominated for this year’s awards. A team of Sterling Council-trained examiners and manufacturing community representatives contributed their time and expertise to evaluate the nominees, including site visits and interviews with managers and employees of each manufacturer.

The Sterling Council celebrated and showcased these companies as they received their awards at the 32nd Annual Sterling Awards Banquet on May 31, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. They will be featured in plant tours and other activities for sharing best practices to benefit the regional manufacturing sector.
