Savannah Historic District Board of Review Hear Petition to Change Property to Hotel

A push to turn an historic building in downtown Savannah into a hotel.
Michael Garcia petitioned the historic district board of review to let him update the property at 200 East Saint Julian Street and turn it into a Westin Vacation Club.
