City Council Denies Rezoning Petition for Victory Drive Property

It was a controversial rezoning petition that had neighbors in an uproar.
After a tied four to four vote, Savannah’s city council denied the request that would have allowed this property at 2180 Victory Drive to be rezoned with an LLC’s intention to build a mini-storage facility here.
