Groundbreaking Held for Performing Arts Center, Convention Center in Effingham Co.

The Effingham County School District and Savannah Technical College held a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday for the Effingham County School District Performing Arts Center and the Jack Hill Convention Center.
The also held ribbon-cuttings for two expansion projects at the Savannah Technical College in Effingham: one for their nursing and science lab and the other for their commercial truck driving training facility.
