New Development Plan Could Be Approved at Effingham Co. Commission Meeting

A potential developer’s plan in Effingham County could still go forward after it was denied Tuesday during a planning and zoning meeting.
The plan must be presented at an upcoming commission meeting before residents opposing this plan can breathe easy.
