Savannah City Council to Hold Final Hearing on Property Tax Millage Rate

Savannah City Council is set to meet and the headline of Thursday’s discussions is on adopting 2024′s property tax millage rate.
Council is considering adopting a rate of 12.20 mills, which will cause a 9% increase in property taxes for Savannah property owners.
