Yia Yia’s Kitchen and Marketplace sits near the corner of Habersham and E 48th. While it looks dry now it’s a completely different scene when it rains.
“Three times in one week, we’ve had these downpours and this area has gotten flooded,” said owner, Stathy Stathopoulos.
