ExperCARE Launches Innovative New On-Demand Preventative Healthcare Model in Richmond Hill
Friday, August 30th, 2024
ExperCARE Health – an award-winning, on-demand healthcare company known for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages – recently launched an innovative new healthcare model at the company’s Richmond Hill, Ga. office, located at 60 Exchange St. The Savannah, Ga.-based company, which has offered world-class urgent care services to patients since 2009, hosted a ribbon cutting earlier today, which was attended by U.S. Representative Buddy Carter, Richmond Hill Mayor Russ Carpenter and a wide range of community members.
“We’re thrilled to offer on-demand preventative care alongside a full range of urgent care services,” said ExperCARE founder and CEO Catherine Grant. “This means you can walk into our Richmond Hill facility for everything from a quick check-up to urgent medical needs, all under one roof. This is more than just a new service — it’s a step towards a more integrated and accessible healthcare experience for the whole family.”
ExperCARE’s new healthcare model is built around expanding access to preventative care and breaking down the barriers that traditionally separate diagnostic and preventative services. Patients can walk in, seven days a week during extended hours, and access both primary care as well as diagnostic health services.
“Our mission at ExperCARE is to break down the silos that often fragment healthcare services,” Grant explained. “We want to eliminate the barriers that separate different types of care, so that you can have a seamless experience from start to finish. By integrating urgent care with preventative services, we’re working towards a more cohesive and patient-centered approach to healthcare.”
The pilot program at the company’s Richmond Hill location is designed to meet the increasing needs of the community, fill the gaps where the traditional primary care model is failing, wrap around existing urgent care services and provide integrated, strategic preventative care as well as functional medicine services.
“The current healthcare model isn’t working, as too many Americans fall through the cracks, have limited access to preventative services and experience significant barriers to care,” Grant explained. “Patients have been asking us for years if ExperCARE can be their Primary Care. Finally, the answer is ‘yes.’”
According to “Preventative Healthcare Policies in the U.S.,” the United States has the highest health expenditure per capita of all western and developed countries, but only 8% of Americans undergo routine preventive screenings.
ExperCARE offers dynamic, team-based, patient-focused care for the whole family, saving patients time and money. In Richmond Hill, the company now provides a full range of walk-in services, seven days a week, offering extended hours for patients with or without health insurance.
“Our goal is to offer a patient-centric model for healthcare service delivery, which will result in better outcomes for patients thanks to a team-based approach that’s centered around access to care,” said Dr. Keith M. Seibert, M.D., MBA, FAAP, ExperCARE’s Director of Pediatrics and Preventative Medicine. “When you need healthcare — whether for prevention and wellness or for help with an acute injury or illness — just come in. Trust our team, and we’ll treat you as we would our own family.”
