Judge Realty – a leading commercial, residential and property management firm proudly headquartered in Savannah, Ga. – recently negotiated the sale of a 25-acre parcel of land at Pooler Parkway and Old Quacco Road in Pooler, Ga. for a new luxury apartment community.

Judge Realty commercial real estate agent Mark Hall brokered the sale of the land, which is located directly across from Savannah Quarters, to Southwest Quadrant Development Company.

The land, which is zoned for multi-family use, is currently being developed as luxury apartments by Thompson Thrift. The Liliana, a Class A multifamily community, will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with up to 1,400 square feet of living space

The gated apartment community will include 360 apartments, a fitness center, a 24-hour social hub, a resort-style heated swimming pool, electric fire pits, a pickleball court, a dog park and additional amenities. Units at The Liliana are expected to start leasing in Fall 2025, with move-ins expected in Summer 2026.
