SouthCoast Health, a medical leader across the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry, welcomes pediatrician Dr. Jenna Sirmans to its expansive teams of medical experts. Dr. Sirmans is now seeing new patients at SouthCoast Health’s Richmond Hill campus (89 Interchange Drive, Richmond Hill).

Dr. Sirmans practices the full breadth of pediatric medicine, treating patients from birth to adulthood. Her special interests include newborn care, breastfeeding, and preventative care. Additionally, she has a special appreciation for the opportunity to help adolescents facing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

“It's amazing to see a child being born and then watching them start walking and talking,” Dr. Sirmans says, “and later excelling in school, and hearing what they want to do when they go off to college. Knowing that I got to play a part in that by keeping them healthy and helping get them there really means a lot to me.”

She received her doctor of medicine degree from Mercer University School of Medicine before completing a pediatric residency training program at the prestigious Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. A board-certified physician, Dr. Sirmans is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
