Ben Clark Joins Judge Realty as Commercial Property Manager

Judge Realty – a leading commercial, residential and property management firm proudly headquartered in Savannah, Ga. – recently hired Ben Clark as a Commercial Property Manager. In his new position, Clark is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s managed commercial properties, ensuring that they are well maintained and helping to generate maximum return for clients.

Originally from Atlanta, Clark is a licensed Realtor who brings more than 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to his position. Before joining Judge Realty, he worked as a Commercial Portfolio Manager in the metro Atlanta area, where he managed a large portfolio of class A, B and C commercial retail shopping centers and mixed-use properties across Northeast Georgia. 

Clark began his real estate career in Charleston, S.C. in 2006, working with a developer on Kiawah Island. He transitioned to commercial real estate with a subsidiary of Daniel Island Company, sold residential real estate with Carolina One and eventually went into Industrial Real Estate redevelopment and management with IC Berkeley Partners III, LP, a $125 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund based out of San Francisco, Calif.

Clark is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and South Carolina. He earned a B.B.A. from Valdosta State University, where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
