Curry Dry Cleaners, a third-generation, family-owned business serving Savannah for 80 years, is celebrating this milestone with a special customer appreciation event. To show gratitude for their loyal patrons, Curry will be hosting a sweet treat giveaway on Wednesday, September 18th from 11 AM to 4 PM at both locations: 1310 E. DeRenne Ave. and 440 Johnny Mercer Blvd. 

Customers can enjoy free ice cream and complimentary goodie bags of delicious treats from other local family-owned businesses that have been serving Savannah for over 50 years: Leopold's Ice Cream, River Street Sweets, and Byrd's Famous Cookies, while supplies last.

"We also want to express our sincere gratitude to our exceptional employees, both past and present. Their hard work and dedication have been instrumental to our success."

Founded in 1944 by Herbert Youman Curry, Curry Dry Cleaners began as a small tailor shop on 8 W. Bryan St. Their dedication to quality and fair prices quickly resonated with Savannah residents, establishing them as a fixture in the community.

Curry Dry Cleaners has a long history of excellence, earning recognition from top local publications. The business has been featured in Savannah Magazine, SOUTH Magazine and the Savannah Morning News. In addition, they were honored with the SCAD Salutes Award for their unwavering commitment to serving the community during the pandemic.
