The Eichholz Law Firm is thrilled to announce that associate attorney Kyle K. Hardy has joined its growing team of legal experts. Hardy’s experience as a paramedic and EMS instructor/EMT, as well as his fluency in Spanish, allows him to infuse compassion and understanding into his work in personal injury law.

“We are delighted to welcome Kyle to our firm,” said David Eichholz, owner of The Eichholz Law Firm. “With his unique skills, we will be better equipped to serve Spanish-speaking clients and we gain a new breadth of technical knowledge about our injury cases.”

Hardy graduated from UCLA with a biology degree and earned a Dean’s Honors List distinction during pre-med studies. He completed EMT-Basic, Wilderness EMT, and phlebotomy training at the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care. Hardy was then hired as a clinical instructor by the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care, and later promoted to senior clinical instructor.

He is an honors graduate of Savannah Law School, where he received a merit scholarship and earned four CALI awards for the top score in the class. Hardy is fluent in Spanish and completed law school coursework entirely in Spanish while studying in Chile. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2018.

Prior to joining The Eichholz Law Firm, Hardy worked as a Spanish review attorney for an international law firm in Houston. He also previously worked defending insurance companies for a regional firm in Atlanta and was the supervising attorney for an office branch of a plaintiff personal injury firm.

“The Eichholz Law Firm is known for its steadfast commitment to delivering justice for its clients,” said Hardy. “I look forward to using my legal knowledge and background in Spanish and as a paramedic to reach more clients and better serve those in need of support in the Savannah area and beyond.”
