New Member Added to Club Car Championship Advisory Board

Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club officials announced today the addition of three new members to the tournament’s advisory board, Justin Dunn (Bahama Joes), Kathryn Johnson (Coleman Company) and Justin Watson. The prestigious board has been in place since the inaugural tournament in 2018, with members serving a minimum term of two years. Advisory board members offer their time, talent and resources in support of the Club Car Championship’s sales efforts within the local and regional business communities.

Justin Dunn is the vice president and partner for Bahama Joes, a custom apparel and promotional products company based in Savannah, Georgia. An active member of his community, Justin has served with various organizations including Family Promise, Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church and Hancock Day School. Justin is a graduate of Furman University and received his MBA from Georgia Southern University.

Kathryn Johnson is the marketing manager at Coleman Company, a local firm specializing in civil engineering, land planning, and surveying and landscape architecture. Prior to joining Coleman Company, Kathryn served as the CEO of the Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce for over three years. Kathryn is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. She moved to Richmond Hill with her family over 27 years ago and enjoys living the coastal lifestyle with friends and family. 

Justin Watson was raised on St. Simons Island, Georgia, and has been a resident of Savannah for more than 24 years. Justin is an avid golfer and through his sons, Haddon and Whit, has spent a tremendous amount of time in the junior golf community. He is a member of Saint John’s Church and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. With his wife, Winslett, he enjoys walking fairways, spending time outdoors and traveling. 

The Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club Advisory Board members include: Dylan Cox (Morris & Templeton Insurance), Justin Dunn (Bahama Joes), Sam Evans (Hancock Askew & Co. LLP), Megan Johnson (Raymond James), Chase Nelson (Stage Front), Nick Puhala (Sterling Seacrest Pritchard), Kathryn Johnson (Coleman Company) and Justin Watson.

“The tournament’s advisory board is made up of community business leaders whose professional achievements have positively impacted the growth of the tournament,” said Advisory Board Chairman Sam Evans. “Since its inception in 2018, the tournament’s advisory board has experienced tremendous growth, allowing us to make a meaningful contribution to the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club and the Savannah community.
