Thomas & Hutton Expands Team in Savannah

Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hires in its Savannah, GA region.

Suzanne Flowers is a Grant & Permitting Coordinator responsible for preparing applications and tracking the permitting process by providing coordination between the engineering design team, developer, and regulatory agencies. Suzanne received her B.A. in Finance from Fort Lewis College and later earned her M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Architecture/Landscape Architecture from Georgia Southern University after moving to Savannah.

Eli Vinson is a Visualization Designer for the Landscape Architecture department responsible for assisting with the production of 3D renderings, exhibits, maps and graphic related materials in both print and digital format. Eli graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Geography and a minor in Design and Media and is experienced with GIS, 3D modeling, and graphic design.

Caroline Lystash is a Civil Designer responsible for preparing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or industrial projects. Caroline received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and has prior experience in Construction Management.

Jack Duer is a Civil Designer responsible for preparing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or industrial projects. Jack received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Georgia.

Mary Mims Reid is a Civil Project Manager who will manage projects, visit job sites and consultant offices to support project and business development needs, and monitor scope, schedules and budget for projects. Mary Mims received her BS in civil engineering from Clemson University and grew up in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Donghan Kim is a Civil Designer responsible for preparing site development construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or industrial projects. DK graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has primarily worked as a construction manager in Australia, South Korea, and the USA.

Devon Welsh is an IT Systems Administrator who will manage and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra, and Intune, ensuring seamless integration and security compliance across the organization and provide technical support, maintain documentation, and deliver user training to promote efficient use of IT resources. Devon earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Western Governors University and an associate’s degree in general studies from Central Texas College. He brings a wealth of experience in systems and server administration, cybersecurity, customer service support, and policy implementation
