b. Matthew’s Eatery invites diners to go b.eyond brunch with the launch of its newly elevated dinner menu and an expertly curated wine list! Executive Chef Will Oglesby has crafted eleven new dishes that complement b. Matthew’s beloved classics, like Shrimp & Grits with smoked bacon collard greens and traditional Fried Green Tomatoes, while exploring bold flavor combinations that pay homage to Savannah’s coastal heritage and the abundance of local ingredients.
Chef Will shared, “This menu was created to keep our loyal local following excited to come back and try every dish while ensuring that visitors experience a fresh take on traditional Savannah fare.”
Diners will experience a renewed commitment to in-house craftsmanship and sourcing beautiful ingredients from local partners. Standout additions include the Cheese Plate and Tortelloni, both spotlighting Chef’s house-made ricotta, and the Blackened Butternut Squash served with local Carolina Gold Risotto. The menu also offers a wide selection of thoughtfully crafted vegetarian and gluten-free options designed to shine as star dishes, not mere afterthoughts. All vegetarian dishes are easily modified with the addition of prime proteins like wild-caught shrimp, grilled chicken or salmon.
