The Creative Coast, Savannah's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, is delighted to announce a new partnership with Savannah-based internet and technology services company, Seimitsu. This collaboration includes an annual commitment of $30,000 from Seimitsu to support The Creative Coast's mission and programs.

"We are incredibly excited about this partnership with Seimitsu," said Nick Palumbo, Executive Director of The Creative Coast. "Their support will be instrumental in expanding our efforts to nurture and develop Savannah's entrepreneurial ecosystem, particularly our Launch Savannah program.

This partnership comes at a pivotal time for The Creative Coast, which has recently refocused its efforts on supporting local entrepreneurs and fostering homegrown talent. The organization's flagship program, Launch Savannah, has already made significant strides in transforming the city's entrepreneurial landscape.

The funds from Seimitsu will primarily support adult entrepreneurial education initiatives, including the expansion of the Launch Savannah program. This intensive 12-week incubator has already helped numerous local businesses get off the ground, with a focus on minority and women-owned enterprises.

"Seimitsu's commitment demonstrates the growing recognition of Savannah's potential as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship," Palumbo added. "Their support will allow us to expand our reach and impact, providing even more resources and opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs in our community."

"Here at Seimitsu we believe in giving back to our community," said Keith Fletcher, Chief Operating Officer of Seimitsu. "The Creative Coast is providing invaluable resources to entrepreneurs and small businesses here in Savannah, and we are very proud to partner with them to support the expansion of their programs."

This new partnership builds on the momentum The Creative Coast has generated in recent months, including a $20,000 grant from Wells Fargo and growing support from other local businesses and organizations.

The Creative Coast's shift towards nurturing local talent and ideas has resonated strongly with the Savannah community. The organization's programs have demonstrated that Savannah's greatest resource is its people – individuals with dreams, drive, and the courage to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

"We're not just building businesses," Palumbo emphasized. "We're building a community of dreamers, doers, and believers. With partners like Seimitsu Corporation, we're showing that Savannah isn't just a city of history – it's a city of future-makers."
