Ashton Young Walker, DMD, has joined Godley Station Dental (GSD) as one of five dentists providing premier dental care and exceptional service to more than 30,000 patients in the greater Pooler area. 

A native of Savannah, Dr. Walker earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and completed her General Practice Residency at the Dental College of Georgia, Augusta, ranking in the top five of her class. She earned a master’s degree in cell and molecular biology from Tulane University, New Orleans. In addition, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy with honors from Wofford College, Spartanburg, S.C.

“I enjoy being able to put patients at ease and help them get back on track with their oral health,” said Dr. Walker. She says her favorite aspect of the job is the team at Godley Station Dental, which is celebrating 20 years in business this year, and was recently recognized as a Best Place to Work in the Best of Pooler Reader’s Choice Awards presented by Pooler Magazine. Dr. Walker resides in Savannah with her husband, Christian, who is also a dentist in Claxton.
