Oliver Maner to Hold Fourth Annual Donation Drive in Support of Parker's House During National Homelessness Awareness Month
Monday, November 4th, 2024
In two years, Parker’s House has served 469 unaccompanied homeless women. To assist in alleviating the challenge of homelessness, Oliver Maner, one of Savannah's most distinguished law firms, is partnering with the community for the fourth consecutive year to support Parker's House at Union Mission, the area's only facility dedicated to providing emergency housing and support services for unaccompanied women who need shelter and assistance.
This donation drive takes place throughout National Homelessness Awareness Month in November. Oliver Maner challenges the Savannah legal community and the public at large to help spread awareness, increase donations, and collect essential items for the women at Parker's House.
"It's easy to take for granted the basic necessities that many of us have," said Oliver Maner Associate, Amelia Stevens. "This donation drive is a tangible way to show our commitment to helping women in need and to empower them to rebuild their lives and regain their independence. We're honored to partner with the Savannah community to support Parker's House and make a real difference."
