The Perry Lane Hotel will host Savannah’s Got Talent from 7 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 18 at The Savannah Theatre, located at 222 Bull Street. This event will feature James Touchton, Director of Economic Development for the City of Port Wentworth, as emcee for the evening and showcase the best talent in Savannah. This fundraising event will support famous country singer Zac Brown’s non-profit organization, Camp Southern Ground, which has benefitted several local Chatham County families who will be showcased on the night of the event.

Savannah’s Got Talent will choose the top three winners of the premiere talent competition. The viewers’ choice is decided by the members of the audience. There will be a silent auction, food, and drink for purchase at the concession stand. This will be a night full of surprise prizes and fun for the whole family. 

“We want to have the biggest and best show possible to raise as much money as we can for Camp Southern Ground,” said Elise Yarrison, Senior Rooms Manager at The Perry Lane Hotel. “Every penny raised that night will directly benefit the organization’s programs that dedicated to serving youth and veterans.”

Camp Southern Ground is on a mission to grow more good in the world. They serve veterans through warrior week or warrior PATH, children at their summer camp and families for their Family Camp, celebrating their dedication to our country and their resilience in the face of challenges. As an inclusive camp, they bring together typically developing children, children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning and attention issues, social or emotional challenges and those with family members serving in the military along with underserved youth.
