Bouhan Falligant Surpasses Make-A-Wish Goal
Tuesday, December 17th, 2024
This holiday season, Bouhan Falligant associate Amber Seymour and the team set a goal to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Georgia foundation in order to fulfill the wishes of children with critical illnesses. With an original goal of $3,000, the team exceeded expectations, raising over $3,800.
“I am so proud that our community came together to raise money for such an important cause,” says Seymour, an associate in Bouhan Falligant’s litigation group. “I’m constantly in awe of the hearts and goodwill expressed through the people at this firm every day, and it is always so encouraging to see the community rally together to help us reach and surpass our goals.”
The Make-A-Wish Georgia Foundation realizes the wishes of children with critical illnesses, providing them with renewed strength, hope, transformation, and community to fight their illnesses. More information about the impact of Make-A-Wish Georgia can be found at wish.org/georgia.
In addition to the money raised, Seymour and Bouhan Falligant organized a toy drive in support of Make-A-Wish. But the star was the 5-year-old fighting a cancer diagnosis, serving as the featured Make-A-Wish child at the culminating dinner event. She had the responsibility of choosing her favorite themed table. She chose Bouhan Falligant’s table, who thoughtfully took on their own initiative to campaign a toy drive in addition to the funds they raised.
