With over two decades of HR experience, Candice oversees a team of professionals supporting the company’s growing workforce of 500+ employees. Candice’s initiatives include implementing innovative programs like Health by Design, the company’s wellness strategy that engages over 60% of staff, and streamlining recruiting efforts to support Thomas & Hutton’s continued expansion.

In addition to her professional success, Candice is an active leader in Savannah’s community. She is a board member and past president of the Rotary Club of Savannah West, Vice President of Savannah Business Group, and volunteers with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build and PACK Savannah. Candice is particularly passionate about addressing mental health awareness, a cause she championed through her Leadership Savannah application.
