For the past two years, Curran and Rogie have met with high school students at least twice a month during the school year, sharing their expertise in leadership and personal development. Their mentorship supports Xcel Strategies’ mission to “Fuel Young People with Purpose” by equipping youth aged 15 to 25 with the tools and guidance necessary to reach their fullest potential.

Founded by Jay Thompson in 2012, Xcel Strategies has become a beacon for youth mentorship in Savannah, connecting young people with seasoned mentors who help them develop career skills and a strong sense of purpose. This award marks the first time Xcel Strategies has presented the Mentor of the Year award, highlighting Curran and Rogie’s significant contributions.
