Thomas &Hutton Expands Team in Savannah

Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hires in its Savannah, GA region.

Mike McDonnell is an Environmental Project Manager responsible for managing and designing water and wastewater infrastructure projects for municipal and quasi-governmental clients. Additional responsibilities include managing and developing project staff, coordinating across disciplines, and utilizing tools such as Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and project tracking software to support project success. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Broome. He has extensive experience in design, permitting, and construction documents for site/civil, utility, water/wastewater, and stormwater projects. Michael has managed multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors, including governmental, medical, commercial, and industrial developments, in states throughout the Eastern U.S.

Madi Croasmun is an Environmental Designer assisting in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, reports, studies, supporting documentation, cost estimates, water and sewer utility, drainage, and erosion control design, as well as permit applications utilizing company and industry accepted standards, methodologies, and guidelines. Madi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Georgia and was a previous T&H intern.
