Former President Donald Trump has announced Chris Stallings, the current director of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS), as the next Assistant Administrator for Disaster Recovery and Resilience at the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Stallings has been at the helm of GEMA/HS since 2020, overseeing Georgia’s disaster preparedness and emergency response with over 12 years of public safety experience.
