Todd M. Baiad is a partner in Bouhan Falligant’s Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2000 after graduating from Emory Law School. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and was named as 2023 Lawyer of the Year in Admiralty and Maritime Law. He has handled matters at the local, state, and federal levels but is particularly committed to the community in Savannah.

Andrew H. Dekle has spent his entire career with Bouhan Falligant and is trained in all practice groups. A graduate of the UGA School of Law, he was named a Super Lawyers Georgia Rising Star in 2017 and 2018 for civil litigation defense and was honored for his appellate work in Georgia Trend‘s 2012 Legal Elite feature, which listed the state’s top lawyers.
