City of Savannah to Revitalize MLK Corridor

The city is looking to breathe life into the Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard corridor, historically black neighborhood and business district in Savannah that has seen a downturn.
The Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard Celebration Corridor Initiative aims to connect the area, covered in for sale signs to the tourism district. City council approved the $50,000 dollar project proposal.
