Coastal Care Partners and Summer Breeze Senior Living will host a community health fair on Thursday, February 27^th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will take place at Summer Breeze Senior Living located at 351 Wilmington Island Road. 

The event theme is “Brunch and Balance” and will focus on informative solutions related to health and wellness resources. In addition to Coastal Care Partners and Summer Breeze Senior Living, vendors will include Encompass Health, Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, Fox, GHC Hospice, and Your Health Primary Care. 

Coastal Care Partners Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sanjay Iyer will also be a featured speaker at the event where he will discuss tips for healthy aging.
