Four Bouhan Falligant Attorneys Named To 2025 Super Lawyers List

Four partners at Savannah-based law firm Bouhan Falligant were named to the 2025 Georgia Super Lawyers List: Todd Baiad, Dennis Keene, Maggie Puccini, and Gregory Sewell. Baiad and Keene were honored as Super Lawyers under the Transportation/Maritime category, Puccini under Business Bankruptcy, and Sewell under Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Defense.

Todd M. Baiad is a partner in Bouhan Falligant’s Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2000 after graduating from Emory Law School. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and was named as 2023 Lawyer of the Year in Admiralty and Maritime Law. He has handled matters at the local, state, and federal levels but is particularly committed to the community in Savannah.
 
Dennis B. Keene has been with Bouhan Falligant since 2014. He represents corporations and individuals in tort-based litigation, specializing in product liability and trucking law. He formerly served in the US Army from 1993 to 1999, where he gained extensive trial experience as a judge advocate. He received his B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and his J.D. from the University of Miami.
 
Margaret “Maggie” W.S. Puccini received her B.S. in criminal justice from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 1995 and her J.D. from Mercer University in 1999. She was a member of the Mercer Law Review and achieved Dean’s List recognition. Her practice areas include bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, construction and commercial litigation, mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, condominium and homeowners’ association representation, and landlord/tenant disputes.
 
Gregory G. Sewell focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, nursing home & long-term care defense, and business litigation, including non-solicitation covenants, covenants not to compete, and non-disclosure issues. A lifelong resident of Savannah, he studied undergraduate at the University of Georgia, where he was a varsity Track and Field athlete. He earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University School of Law. In 2012-2022, Sewell was selected as one of Georgia’s “Rising Stars” by Georgia Super Lawyers and Atlanta Magazine.
