Savannah Performing Arts Festival Announces its Inaugural Gala

The Savannah Performing Arts Festival announces its inaugural Gala, themed ‘A Rising Tide’, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20 at the Savannah Cultural Arts Center, located at 201 Montgomery Street. Tickets are now on sale for the 2025 Gala which celebrates the performing arts in Savannah, featuring live performances, community awards, a delicious dinner, and a few surprises.

One Standard Table Seat ticket is $70, with students, seniors 65+, and military service members receiving a discounted rate of $60. One VIP Table Seat ticket is $100 which includes a champagne toast and early access to an open bar. All ticket purchases benefit the Savannah Performance Alliance and its programs.

The 2025 Gala awards recognize individuals from across the Savannah landscape, nominated and chosen by their community. The awards and presenters are specified as follows: 

  • Bill Irwin Trailblazer Award presented by WTOC's Tim Guidera 

  • Jin Hi Soucy Rand Community Vanguard Award presented by Jin Hi Soucy Rand 

  • Pen to Paper Award presented by I-95: The Rock of Savannah's Reneé LaSalle 

  • Technical Excellence Award presented by Kareem McMichael 

  • Next Generation Award presented by SCCPSS Board President Roger Moss 

  • Princess Grace Nominee presented by Alderman Nick Palumbo 

  • Rising Star Awards presented by Alderman Nick Palumbo.

The Savannah Performance Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that represents a collective of performing arts organizations in Savannah.  All proceeds from the festival will be devoted to promoting the arts in Savannah.
