Savannah Speech and Hearing Center(SSHC) parents and caregivers of infants are invited to participate in a free 3-part tummy time parent training series, led by Jennifer Jones PT, DPT, PCS, Board Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and Pediatric Physical Therapist.

This group session, engaging, hands-on training is designed to help parents feel confident and empowered to promote their baby’s healthy development through tummy time.

Tummy time is essential for infants’ physical development, helping to strengthen neck, shoulder, and core muscles, prevent flat head syndrome, and encourage motor milestones like rolling and crawling. However, many parents find tummy time challenging or stressful. This free series will offer expert guidance, practical tips, and interactive demonstrations to turn tummy time into a positive, enjoyable experience. Space is limited and registration is required.
