State Board of Education member Nick Ellis will hold a public hearing for citizens in the 1^st Congressional District on Thursday, March 6, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Liberty County Performing Arts Center, 2140 East Oglethorpe Highway, Hinesville, GA 31313.
