Third Lane on I-16 Westbound Set to Open

Changes to I-16 were scheduled to start Wednesday night, in-between Chatham Parkway and the I-16/95 interchange.
The Georgia Department of Transportation tells WTOC a third lane on I-16 Westbound is progressively opening this week.
