Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce the promotion of Emily Prange to Compensation and Benefits Administrator.

Emily joined Thomas & Hutton in March 2020, bringing extensive experience in human resources. A graduate of Winona State University in Winona, MN, she has built a strong background in HR, excelling in onboarding, payroll, recruiting, and career fair coordination.

In her new role, Emily will manage all aspects of employee benefits, serving as the primary contact for health, life, and disability insurance, accident and critical illness coverage, pet insurance, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, the 401(k)-retirement plan, workers' compensation, family medical leave (FMLA), and the company’s wellness program. She will also assist management with offer letter preparation, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
