Tubby’s Tank House Thunderbolt is marking three decades as a beloved coastal dining destination with a 30th anniversary celebration on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Guests are invited to enjoy a full day of festivities at the restaurant, which is at 2909 River Drive, Savannah, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Since opening its doors, Tubby’s has been a staple for both locals and visitors, offering a taste of old Savannah charm with its fresh local seafood, spacious outdoor patio and warm hospitality. To celebrate this milestone, the restaurant will host a celebratory oyster roast at 2 p.m., as well as have live musical performances by Bucky & Barry, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Tell Scarlet, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy food and drink specials, play outdoor games and have keepsake photos taken by Reflections Mirror Photo Booth.
