Bryan County Locals Reject ESPLOST By Narrow Vote

Tuesday, Bryan County voters rejected the 1¢ consumption tax known as ESPLOST.
Bryan County Schools proposed to voters $320 million dollars in bonds and ESPLOST funds. This includes a general obligation bond of $200 million and a penny sales tax to be collected until $120 million dollars is reached.
