Judge Realty – a leading female-owned commercial, residential and property management firm proudly headquartered in Savannah, Ga. – is honored to celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2025 and will sponsor a special one-night-only, nautical-inspired contemporary fibers and ceramics exhibit at the Supper at Sea event at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, located at 41 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., on Friday, March 14.
“We’re incredibly honored to celebrate 20 years as a valuable resource for clients interested in buying or selling real estate across the greater Savannah area and to continue to support the local art community,” said Lori Judge, founder and CEO of Judge Realty. “Customer service, market expertise and supporting the community are at the heart of everything we do at Judge Realty. Our core values remain as strong today as when we opened our doors in 2005.”
Judge Realty has a long history of supporting the arts in Savannah and is the region’s only solar-powered real estate firm. Judge Realty recently sponsored the Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum’s 2024-2025 Artist Residency in honor of the company’s 20th anniversary.
“Over the past 20 years, Lori Judge and Judge Realty have been dedicated and consistent in their support of art and design in Savannah,” said local artist, painter and curator Katherine Sandoz, who is curating the Supper at Sea art installation at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum. “Projects include curating a lifestyle boutique, producing and commissioning public art installations at the Judge Realty office and collecting and sharing a local and regional art collection based on themes of the environment, energy and the economy.”
Judge originally founded Judge Realty in 2005 after seeing the need for a more contemporary, youthful approach to buying and selling real estate in Savannah. Over the years, she added commercial real estate and property management services, offering ongoing value to clients as their needs evolved.
“I was young and fearless and didn’t feel like I fit in with the old guard,” Judge said of her mindset when she originally launched Judge Realty 20 years ago. “I wanted to open a real estate company that was fresh, new and exciting. Fortunately, I was in the right place at the right time.”
Judge debuted the company’s first office in 2006 and gained significant market share during the economic recession of 2008, when Judge Realty worked with a number of local banks to manage, lease and sell foreclosed properties. In 2013, the company began listing and selling 35 prime commercial properties for Ben Carter Enterprises LLC, which transformed and elevated the Broughton Street corridor. Today, the company manages commercial real estate portfolios for Acadia Realty Trust and Callen Trust, which include a number of iconic Savannah buildings on River Street, Broughton Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
“Savannah is definitely on the map now,” Judge explained. “Savannah was a tertiary market at best when I first started. Now, it’s a hot market for residential as well as commercial real estate, as a growing number of people and companies are deciding to relocate to the Savannah area each year.”
From commercial and residential sales to property management, Judge Realty offers the service and expertise to help clients find their dream home, expand their business and secure the best return on investment. The company’s agents are experienced local real estate professionals who understand the Savannah market and work with clients at every price point.
Since 2005, Judge Realty has built a solid reputation for delivering concierge-level client service. The company has a team of professional real estate experts working with clients every step of the way, from initial consultation to final closing.
“It’s incredibly exciting to celebrate 20 years in business in Savannah,” said Judge. “We’re deeply grateful to our clients for choosing to work with Judge Realty through the years. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
