LOPL and Hospice Savannah March Workshops
Monday, March 10th, 2025
Continuing its year-long monthly series, Melissa Gaule, Director of the Steward Center for Palliative Care of Hospice Savannah, will hold Advance Directives Workshops this month at three Live Oak Public Libraries locations.
Gaule will discuss the basics of advance directives, how to make your own care plan, and how to have conversations with family members about their own plans. Advance Directives can provide peace of mind, clarity for health care providers and most importantly, allow people to have control over their own lives.
The Aging in Place series is designed to educate and empower the community with
valuable resources and insights that address what everyone wants for themselves and for their loved ones: to age with dignity and support.
Come to a free workshop this month at any of the following locations:
Hinesville Library, Tuesday March 11, 10:30 AM
Garden City Library, Tuesday, March 18, 10:30 AM
Islands Library, Tuesday, March 25, 10:30 AM
