Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hires in its
Savannah, GA region.
Justin Cadman joins the Civil department as a Designer responsible for preparing site development
construction drawings, engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage
infrastructure, and permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Savannah State University.
Before that, he worked as a drafter for several years. He aims to deepen his civil engineering knowledge
and pursue Professional Engineer (PE) status.
Conner Gooding joins the Water Resources department as a Designer responsible for performing and/or
conducting hydrologic analysis, hydraulic analysis, and water quality analysis of open channel and/or
closed conduit stormwater collection systems for large and small-scale development projects and
watersheds. Conner earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Northern Arizona University and a
Master’s in Engineering in Hydrologic, Environmental, & Sustainability Engineering from UC Denver.
