Zhu plans to open Paris Baguette at 24 E Broughton Street this fall
For 20 years, Zhu made a name for himself by bringing great food to the picturesque Hilton Head Island. He owns a cajun seafood joint, HOOK REEL, and a swanky hibachi and sushi restaurant called OKKO. He began looking to expand his restaurants with a bakery-cafe and discovered Paris Baguette. After signing to open Paris Baguette locations in South Carolina, Zhu also saw an opportunity to bring the bakery-cafe to the Savannah market.
