Georgia Tech-Savannah & the Project Management Institute Savannah Announce a Free Event Focusing on Project Management Education

Georgia Tech-Savannah and the Project Management Institute® Savannah chapter announce an opportunity for professionals in our region with a free event which will take place from 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24. The Professional Education Project Management Leadership Panel will convene thought leaders to discuss the relevance and future of Project Management.
Industry and education experts will lead the event, bringing extensive knowledge in project management, leadership, and professional development. The panel includes:

The panel members will cover a variety of topics during the interactive discussion. Attendees can anticipate specific talking points such as Georgia Tech’s new corporate PMP training programs, graduate & undergraduate courses, Agile training and certification, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), PMP and the Military and Artificial Intelligence (AI) research. The panel event is a professional development activity, and two Professional Development Units (PDUs) in Power Skills can be earned. Information about educational opportunities at Georgia Tech will be available as the organization embarks on new corporate PMP training programs, graduate & undergraduate courses.
This April 24 event will take place on campus in PARB 114/115, located at 210 Technology Circle in Savannah. Students, Project Management Institute (PMI) members and nonmembers are invited to join GTPE’s program director and instructors in discussion at the free event.
