In his new position, Hansbarger leases and sells commercial properties across Savannah and southeast Georgia, from Richmond Hill to Statesboro. 

Dedicated to serving clients and delivering a strong ROI for investors, Hansbarger shows properties to local businesses and nationally accredited tenants, negotiates pricing and executes seamless closings and tenant transitions. He is a licensed Realtor in Georgia who offers more than 10 years of real estate experience. In 2023 and 2024, he earned the CoStar Power Broker Award and was recognized as a top industrial leasing agent.

 Originally from Auburn, Ind., Hansbarger graduated from the Hondros College of Business in Columbus, Ohio and currently lives in Pooler, Ga. He is a graduate of Leadership Effingham and currently volunteers as an ambassador with the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce.
