Omega Construction’s Savannah Division is pleased to announce an upcoming industrial development for TRT International, which will be located in Rincon, Georgia. This collaboration brings together Omega’s deep construction expertise and TRT International’s strategic development vision to deliver a high-performance industrial facility designed to meet the needs of today’s logistics and manufacturing leaders.

The planned development includes two tilt-up concrete warehouse buildings totaling 316,800 SF with integrated office space, contributing to the ongoing industrial growth throughout the region. This project marks the beginning of a new client relationship with Mitnik, who holds a number of parcels throughout the Lowcountry, including Savannah, Rincon, Ridgeland, and Hardeeville.
