Engineering Georgia recognizes Thomas & Hutton’s (T&H) Principal and Marketing Director, Cecilia Arango, CPSM, as one of the Engineering Georgia’s 100 Most Influential Women of 2025. This marks the second consecutive year Cecilia has received this honor, which recognizes women across the state who are making a lasting impact in engineering, planning, and development through leadership, mentorship, innovation, and community involvement.

With over 24 years of experience, Cecilia leads marketing, communications, community relations, and culture-building across T&H’s offices in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida.

A Certified Professional Services Marketer and a passionate community leader, Cecilia serves on boards and committees for TEDxSavannah, United Way of the Coastal Empire, Leadership Southeast Georgia, Savannah Sports Council, Savannah Book Festival, SMPS Atlanta, GEDA, and ACEC Georgia. Her honors include Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40 and SMPS Atlanta’s 2024 Marketer of the Year. A marathoner on a mission to run in all 50 states, Cecilia also founded the Read, Run & Rant Book Club, featured in Shape magazine. She is a proud alumna of Leadership Georgia, Leadership Southeast Georgia, and Leadership Savannah.
