Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the addition of Blake Pfenning, PE, as a Civil Engineer in the firm’s Savannah office. Pfenning brings a strong background in the planning, design, and management of site development projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. His technical expertise includes demolition planning, site layout, grading, erosion and sediment control, drainage design, stormwater quality treatment, detention systems, and conveyance modeling. In addition, Pfenning has experience with project scheduling, cost estimating, budget monitoring, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, where he was also a member of the university’s football team.
