HunterMaclean Welcomes Three New Associates

HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm with offices in Savannah and St. Simons Island, is pleased to announce the recent addition of three new associates. Each of the below individuals also served as summer associates with the firm last year:

  • Suah Jang joins the firm’s Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Managerial Studies from Rice University and earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law this past May. While in law school, Suah externed with the CDC and St. Mary’s Health Care System and worked as a summer law clerk at Shin & Kim LLC in Seoul, South Korea. She also served on the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review and was actively involved in the Asian Law Students Association and Health Law Society.

  • Lucken Wilson joins the Litigation Practice Group. He graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Coastal Carolina University and earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in May. Lucken previously interned for Lashgari & Associates and served as a judicial intern for Justice Kaye Hearn of the South Carolina Supreme Court. While attending Emory, he was a member of the Moot Court Society and held leadership roles in the Black Law Students Association.

  • Sarah Whalen joins the Corporate Practice Group. She earned dual B.A. degrees in Law, Public Policy & Ethics and Sociology from Mercer University and graduated from Mercer University School of Law this past May. Prior to the firm, Sarah interned with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and at Stone Law, LLC in Savannah. She was involved with the Association of Women Law Students, served as an academic peer mentor, and is a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society.
