Judge Realty – a leading commercial, residential and property management firm in Savannah, Ga. that is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary – recently welcomed Trevor Packer and Alexis Taylor to the company’s accomplished property management team, extending the firm’s legacy of exceptional service.

Trevor Packer serves as the Director of Residential Property Management at Judge Realty, overseeing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance and inspections. Prior to joining Judge Realty, he served as the director of a local property management company, where he successfully managed short-term, long-term and mid-term rentals. A licensed Realtor in Georgia for eight years, Packer also served clients as a real estate agent at two Savannah-area firms. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he attended the University of Cincinnati and divides his time between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.

Alexis Taylor is the new Maintenance Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager at Judge Realty and is responsible for liaising with maintenance service vendors, addressing tenant requests in a timely manner and overseeing work orders. An experienced property manager who earned a real estate license and a Community Association Manager (CAM) license, she previously worked at a fast-paced property management company in Florida, where she oversaw a portfolio of properties in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin and Tampa. Active in the community, she volunteers with Bonaventure Historical Society in Savannah, Ga. and previously supported Spay and Neuter/TNR for Rescue Pets of Florida. Originally from Collings Lakes, N.J., Taylor attended Hillsborough Community College and the University of Florida and currently lives in Port Wentworth, Ga.
