Calling All Local Artists, City of Savannah Seeking Applicants for Phase 2 of the Storm Drain Art Project

The City of Savannah is seeking submissions from local artists for the Storm Drain Art Project.
This is the second phase of an educational project that will focus on 14 storm drains that flow into the Savannah River Watershed.
